About Me
I have been privileged enough to call Cambridge my home since moving down from Auckland in 2021 to be with my now wife, Eilish. I have always loved the feel of Cambridge, even before moving here, with the mixture of old and new, the vast demographic, character houses, the markets and numerous sports events of all ages and capabilities. It really is a lovely quaint little town that we call home.
I joined Eilish at Cambridge Real Estate in January 2025 going along with the saying of “if you cant beat them, join them”. My natural people skills blend in well with my process, facilitation, coaching and advertising and marketing skills that I gained over 17 years in project management and an additional 17 to those spent in the media industry.
Project management has taught me some valuable skills such as requirement gathering, identifying what is perceived as value for all parties, communication and process orientated. I also enjoy having a look at stats and am quick to advise on any changes required when needed. Communication is king - keep everybody updated all the time and minimise any surprises, a great saying that I try to live by is “bad news doesn’t improve with age”. Identifying change of circumstance or any issues early allows us to change tack quickly as and when needed.
I am lucky enough to be taught by the best, I have learned so much since starting with Team Eilish and Amy, we all share some core values, being:

I endeavour to give you the best service whether selling, buying (hopefully both 😊) with me. Good, open, honest comms, with a hassle free process and throw in a good couple of laughs on the way.
